STBS’ Trouble-Ticket is used to manage your organization help-desk support. Using STBS’ Trouble Ticket system you can manage both network operation support and customer care support. Different reporting provides information about your network health and subscriber satisfactions.

- Trouble Ticket module keeps track of all trouble tickets created.
- Maintains a problem resolution database with which solution for a known problem can be found out easily
- Ticket can be assigned to different departments queue based on problem type.
- System allows definition of ticket hierarchy. You can create master tickets.
