The Factor tasks are a phased approach covering pre-installation to on-going support and are predicated on the clear and concise exchange of information at all levels as they pertain to network profitability.

Stbs employs a formalized implementation procedure prior to STBS system installation. The methodology includes (as applicable) ; current workflow overview, accounting of installed HW/SW systems, review of intra-processing and extra-processing departments, review of forecasted changes and cost analysis. The primary objective of Factor5 is a point-to-point understanding of data movement, the subsequent arrangement of billing operations, and the eventual development of an implementation plan.
