STBS’ customer Care module provides an easy to user interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to attend to customer requests. CSR can use this interface to add new subscribers, modify/add services to subscriber accounts and post payments/credit/debit accounts. There are two different entry points to this module: Customer Care interface is used as a back office CSR interface and the Point of Sale interface is used at store locations where you can attend to subscribers as walk-in. POS interface can manage cash registers. CSR’s can review all activities posted on customer accounts. Account notes can also be posted to customer account history.
